Dr. Sandra Reynoso Rogers currently serves as COO of SialoGen Therapeutics, a Davis-based company developing novel oncology treatments.
Prior to this engagement Dr. Reynoso held a research position in the UC Davis (UCD) School of Medicine where she developed a technology platform which led to the creation of SialoGen, company she founded in 2004. Earlier in her career Dr. Reynoso served in various research capacities at Genentech, Syntex, and Arris Pharmaceuticals. She earned her PhD degree in Immunology and Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from UCD. Following completion of a BS in biology from San Jose State University , she was awarded a Minority Access to Research Careers Fellowship at Stanford University . Dr. Reynoso, a native of Peru, has been a recipient of the National Institutes of Health Fellowship and has authored or co-authored over a dozen articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Sandra is also very active in her community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sutter Hospital.
