Kevin Dwyer
Business and Product Development
Mr. Dwyer has over 30 years experience in drug development for the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. He is a co-founder (founded in 1997) of Pacific BioDevelopment, LLC (PBD) and currently serves its clients in Business and Product Development services. Mr. Dwyer built the Regulatory Affairs department at PBD and was Managing Partner for 12 years. With this experience, Mr. Dwyer can ensure that PBD provides the highest quality, integrated drug development strategies for its clients, including high-level strategic development plans, assistance in raising funds, as well as due diligence for licensing compounds and/or M&A. He has worked for companies such as Genentech, Monsanto, and PBD, more than 20 years of which have been in regulatory affairs. His experience also enables him to develop novel and effective regulatory and overall drug development strategies for U.S. and International clients. He holds a B.A. in Biology from St. Louis University, St. Louis, MO.
